 Warrington's Congestion Crisis
The whole of the North West would benefit from a new crossing over the Mersey at Runcorn. However, the plans to charge a significant toll over both the new and old bridges will increase traffic in the town. If the Government won’t fund the bridge, Paul wants the toll to be as low as possible to ensure that less traffic diverts through Warrington.
