Keith Bland Awarded a MBE

In this weeks Queens Birthday Honours, Keith Bland has been awarded an MBE (Member of the British Empire) for services to the community in Warrington Cheshire. Keith is Chairman of Warrington North Conservatives and is currently deputy leader of the Warrington Borough council.

Warrington North Conservatives are congratulating Keith and thanking him for the tremendous service to the community including over 25 years working as a councillor. We understand the presentation will take place some time before Christmas and look forward to seeing pictures for the great day.

MBEs are awarded for:

* achievement or service in and to the community of a responsible kind which is outstanding in its field or

* very local 'hands-on' service which stands out as an example to others
