Keith is leader of the Conservatives on Warrington Borough Council and Deputy Leader of the Council as a whole. Keith is also Chairman of the Warrington North Conservative Association (WNCA).
Keith has been a long time servant of the Warrington community and a dedicated member of the Conservative team. Now as Deputy Leader on the Council he intends to continue to work hard for the people of Warrington and ensure they get the Council they deserve and value for money.

Les Hoyle has represented Culcheth, Glazebury, Mee Brow and Croft on Warrington Borough Council from 1983 - 1995 and 1997 to the present date. He lives locally with his wife Kathryne and they have two grown up children.
Les continues to have mobile surgeries throughout the ward together with the other two borough councillors .
